Positive error numbers are instrument-dependent. Negative error numbers are
reserved by the SCPI standard.
Example:
SYSTem:ERRor:ALL?
Response:
0,"No Error"
Usage:

SYSTem:ERRor:CODE:ALL?
Queries all unread entries in the error/event queue and removes them from the
queue. Only the error numbers are returned and not the entire error text.
Example:
SYSTem:ERRor:CODE:ALL?
Response:
0
No errors occurred since the last read out of the error
queue.
Usage:
Query only
SYSTem:ERRor:CODE[:NEXT]?
Queries the oldest entry in the error queue and then deletes it. The query returns
only the error number, not the entire error text.
Example:
SYSTem:ERRor:CODE?
Response:
0
No errors have occurred since the error queue was last
read out.
Usage:
Query only
SYSTem:ERRor:COUNt?
Queries the number of entries in the error queue.
Example:
SYSTem:ERRor:COUNt?
Response:
1
One error occurred since the last read out of the error
queue.
