Start of count operation and re-enter to HALT/STOP mode after returned
from HALT/STOP mode
When setting the RINTE bit after returned from HALT or STOP mode and entering HALT or STOP mode again,
write 1 to the RINTE bit, and confirm the written value of the RINTE bit is reflected or wait for at least one cycle of
the count clock.
Then, enter HALT or STOP mode.
• After setting RINTE to 1, confirm by polling that the RINTE bit has become 1, and then enter HALT or STOP
mode (see
