28.5. Control Process Start
Procedure:
•
Log in, make sure that your permissions level allows you to carry out control
process.
CAUTION:
For detailed information on procedures of logging and determining operators
permissions refer to section concerning logging in operation.
•
Select product with correctly entered control data.
•
Enter weighing mode parameters.
Batch number – identification of controlled products batch
Bach quantity – software controls specified number of samples
Average tare determining
Packages quantity – more than 10
•
Remove load from the weighing pan.
•
Press <START > button located in the bottom. The home screen containing
entered data is displayed.
Caution: If prior to control:
•
Load has not been removed from the weighing pan or if other zeroing requirements have
not been met (e.g. unstable indication), balance shows message: <-Err 2>. Upon
noticing <-Err 2> message unload the balance and wait until all zeroing requirements are
met.
•
You have not logged in or you are logged but not assigned with the right permissions to
perform control, message: <Unauthorized access>.
