Make sure the printer’s Online light is on, and press the 
printer’s Copy key.

If the Online light is not on, press the Online key to put the printer 
on line.

Caution:

 Do not press on or open the scanner cover during the 

copy process.

On the printer’s display panel you should see

COPIER MENU

COPY

Press the Select key and you should see

COPY

READY TO COPY

Press the Select key again and the scanner should begin 
copying your document.

When the copying is complete, remove the document from 
the scanner glass and close the scanner cover.
