Forum Phone 515/525/535
System Telephones

The Forum Phone 515, Forum Phone 525 and Forum Phone 535 are corded
system telephones that you can operate on your Forum 500 / Forum 5000
communications system. The MenuCard display makes your telephone easy
to operate and gives you fast access to your system’s wide range of different
functions and features.

The Forum Phone 525 and the Forum Phone 535 have the same function-
ality. The only difference between them is the size of the display and the
number of programmable keys available. The Forum Phone 515 offers the
most functions of these two telephones with the following exceptions: the
Forum Phone 515 has just one trunk key available (please refer to page 15)
and the “Hot Desking” feature is not supported (please refer to page 89). The
Forum Phone 525 and Forum Phone 535 telephones can also be expanded
via additional key extensions which offer additional programmable keys
(please refer to page 31).

The Forum Phone 525 and the Forum Phone 535 are also available as IP
telephones (Forum IPhone 525 and Forum IPhone 535). These telephones
have the same functionality as the standard system telephones. All of the
functions described in this guide are also available for the IP telephones. The
chapter

VoIP Telephones

starting on page 93 contains a short summary of the

information necessary for the IP system telephone user.

You can activate the features and programme functions on the telephones
themselves, or equally conveniently, use the

Configurator

of the communi-

cations system.

About this User Guide

The description of the various functions of your system telephone covers
