9.  Tighten the two screws to secure the idler plate assembly in place. 
10. Check the position of the left eccentric sprocket. If it is OK tighten the half col-

lar on the sprocket. If it has moved, readjust it and then tighten the half collar.

11. Move the adjustable thickness knob through its full travel and check for 

rocking of the lift brackets at the extremes. If it rocks then redo steps 8 
- 10 again.

12. Return the adjustable thickness knob to the 12 o’clock position. Verify a 

light resistance is felt when the media is pulled. If the resistance on the me-
dia needs to be adjusted, then redo steps 8-10 until the right tension is felt.

13. Re-install front cover, and rear cover/main processor board.

8.  Push down on the idler plate assembly to tighten the chain. Tighten the 

chain to keep it from jumping off the teeth of the sprockets

7.  Tighten the set screw on the half collar on the right hand sprocket.
