To edit the bulletin message, press [#].
(To select a bulletin message for level 1,
enter a number [1] through [9].)

Step 2 — If the message already exists, you can
review the message directly after
pressing [1] and going to Step 8.
Step 9 — You can end the Bulletin Manager
service by pressing [ ].
You can select a bulletin message for
levels 2, 3, or 4 by entering the first 2
digits (level 2), 3 digits (level 3) or 4
digits (level 4) of its number.
