Messages (Level 0)

Go to the Bulletin Manager’s main command
menu.
For bulletin board management, press [1].
To review the current bulletin board
service, press [2].
To customize your mailbox, press [3].

to create a bulletin board message
(Level 0).
This is the top menu.
There is no bulletin message recorded or
destination assigned.
To record a message, press [1].
Otherwise, press [2].
