Operator’s Platform and Controls
Installation
Step 1: Attach rack, 17, with screws, 18, and
washers, 19.
Step 2: Torque screws, 18, to 48 - 52 Nm (35 - 39 Ib - ft).
Step 3: Insert shaft, 9, through upper block on guide, 14,
then through upper washer, 15, spring, 16, lower
washer, 15 and lower block on guide, 14.
Step 4: Insert roll pin, 13, through shaft, 9, between lower
block, 14, and lower washer, 15.
Step 5: Attach rod eye, 10, to guide, 14, using
washer, 12, and nut, 11. Do not tighten nut at this time.
Step 6: Attach adjustable yoke end, 5, to rod, 9, with roll
pin, 8.
Step 7: Attach adjustable end yoke, 5, to rod eye, 10,
with clevis pin, 7, and secure with cotter pin, 6.
Step 8: Torque nut, 11, to 48 - 52 Nm (35 - 39 Ib - ft).
Step 9: Install jam nut, 4, on rod, 3,
Step 10: Screw rod, 3, into adjustable end yoke, 5, and
secure with jam nut, 4.
Step 11: Install jam nut, 2, on rod, 3.
Step 12: Screw knob, 1, onto rod, 3, and secure with jam
nut, 2.
