8.7 Performance Testing
Performance testing is conducted as part of preventive maintenance to prevent performance
degradation of the
ZM2371/ZM2372
. Besides, conduct it if needed after acceptance inspection,
periodic inspection or repair.
If the result of a performance testing does not meet the specifications, calibration or repair
is required. Contact NF Corporation or one of our representatives.
The performance testing should be conducted in the following conditions.
Power voltage:
100 to 230V ±10% (250V or less)
Ambient temperature: 23±5°C
Ambient humidity:
20 to 70%RH, non-condensing
Warm up:
30 min or more
Operation mode:

“6.1 Outline and Switching of Operation
Mode”
.
Take the following precautions when you conduct a performance testing.
The setting contents for each test item contains the descriptions of items which should be
further changed after initializing the setting.

8.7.1 Measurement Frequency Accuracy

Measurement: Measure the frequency with the frequency counter.
Evaluation:
If the values on the counter are within the preset value

8.7.2 Measurement Signal Level Accuracy

The cable length should be approx 1m or less.
Setting:
After initializing the setting, set the measurement frequency and
measurement signal level according to the contents in table stated below.
Measurement:
Measure the output voltage with the AC voltmeter.
Evaluation:
If the values indicated on AC voltmeter are within the specification range in
table, it is normal.
