The

PD78F0034BS is provided as the flash memory version of the

PD780024AS, 780034AS Subseries.

The

PD78F0034BS replaces the internal mask ROM of the

PD780034BS with flash memory to which a program

can be written, erased and overwritten while mounted on the board. Table 18-1 lists the differences among the

PD78F0034BS and the mask ROM versions.
