Checking the Duplex State of Modules
This section describes how to check if the system runs properly after system installation or reinstallation.
Tips
CPU/IO module has a processor function part and IO function part. Each part is monitored
and managed by the module. In this section, the processor function part is referred to as
CPU module and IO function part PCI module.
5.1
Confirming the Startup and Stop of PCI Modules
This section describes how to confirm the continuous system operation by failover after stopping the primary
CPU/IO module.
1. Check which is the primary CPU/IO module.
Tips
CPU/IO module with the PRIMARY LED illuminated is the primary module.
2. Check whether the CPU/IO modules are duplex.

To check if the CPU/IO modules are duplex, see the System FT LED.
