MTS - How to View and Edit the Configuration File

To view the previously uploaded con

guration

le, select
Close Connection
and observe that
your chosen
fi
le name is displayed at the top of the menu window.

Select
Personality
menu, select
Modify
and
fi
ll out the
Site Title
and
Version
boxes as
applicable (optional).

Enter the various con

fi
le
fi
elds to view the MTS parameters and make any appropriate
changes. Click
OK
.

Procedure 8-7
MTS - How to Replace Site Controller

Disconnect the power cables to the MTS Power Supply Units.
If con
fi
guration with non-redundant power connection, the MTS Power Supply Unit
can be switched off as an alternative to removing the cables.
Shock Hazard. The MTS contains dangerous voltages which can cause
electrical shock or damage to equipment. Turn off the MTS and remove
the power cabling before servicing this equipment. Make sure all power
is off to prevent accidental contact with high energy and injury to
personnel.

Wear an ESD strap and connect its cable to a veri
fi
ed good ground. This strap must be worn
to prevent ESD damage to any components.

Tag and disconnect all other cabling from the Site Controller.
