Printing Data
Starting a Printing Operation

Setting a media. ( P.2-14)

Select the user type (1 to 4). ( P.2-2)
• Select the user type according to the media to be used.

Make the media feeding system printable.
Switch each item below on the operation touch panel:
• Press [MANUAL] to change it to [AUTOMATIC].
• Press [BELT OFF] to change it to [BELT ON] [FEEDING
ON] and [TAKE-UP ON].
• Press PRESSURE ROLLER [UP] to change it to [DOWN].
• Refer to the assistant function (
P.2-9) to change the
required function to ON.

Press the key.
• The screen changes to REMOTE, and data can be received from
the PC.

Transmit data to be printed from the PC.
• The printing starts.
• The information of the printing being executed is displayed. (

After the printing operation is completed, press the key to put the mode
back into the LOCAL.
• If the transmission of the data from the computer is cut over 30
seconds, the message as shown in the right is displayed.
