Pressing the [WASHING OFF]/[MEDIA END OFF]
as required, switch to the [WASHING ON]/
[MEDIA END ON].
16
Set the speed to about 10m/min by pressing the
BELT SPEED [-]/[+].
17
When you press the [BELT OFF] to switch to the
[BELT ON], the belt will operate and feed the
media.
• With the jog key of the printer unit, you can perform back feed of the media in units of
300mm. However, do not perform back feed if possible as there is danger of wrinkle and
fold occurring on the media, media stain due to belt washing water, etc.
• If you wish to perform back feed by necessity, first loosen the media of take-up side,
operate keys while taking up the media of the feeding side, etc., and then perform it with
much care about the media status.
• For damages such as break of printer or media, deterioration of printing quality, etc. caused
from performing back feed, our company shall not hold responsible. So please be careful
about it.
• If the media cannot be fed normally, the warning error [DANCING BAR ANOMALY] occurs.
In such a case, release the warning by following the procedures below:
(1)
Rotate the [FEEDING MANUAL] lever of the rear surface control panel to move the
floating tension bar downward until it becomes flat.
(2)
Check the direction of the [FEEDING MANUAL] lever to confirm that the media feeding
direction is proper. (Check it by referring to the table in the Step 2 of P.2-20.)
• When you fed the media more than a certain amount with the jog key of the printer unit, the
warning error of [PEELING ERROR] may occur to prevent the media from being taken into
the lower part of the belt. At this time, check that the media has not been taken into the belt,
and if there is no problem, press [WARNINGS] [PEELING ERROR] to release the warning.
