Message Cause Solution
Ink has not been filled up.
Contact our service office or the distributor in
your region.
The ink of the ink pack has been
completely used up.
Replace the 2L ink pack corresponding to the
displayed color number. (

The ink has been nearly used up.
The 2L ink pack is not set. Set the 2L ink pack of the displayed number.
The ink of the 2L ink pack has
been completely used up. Replace the 2L ink pack of the displayed
number. (

The color of ink you set is different
from that at the initial filling.
Check that the ink IC of the displayed number
is the one that was attached to the 2L ink pack.
Then, check the 2L ink pack color of the
displayed number.
The type of ink you set is different
from that at the initial filling.
The ink IC of the ink pack cannot
be read normally.
Insert the ink IC of the displayed number again.
If the same warning message still appears,
contact our service office or the distributor in
your region.
Because the ink IC was not
replaced at ink replacing, the used
amount of ink of the 2L ink pack is
abnormal.
Replace the ink IC.
Ink IC is not set. Set the ink IC.
The specified expiration date of an
ink has passed.
Check that the ink IC of the displayed number
is the one that was attached to the 2L ink pack.
Then, check the expiration date of the 2L ink
pack of the displayed number.
Life of the connector part of the 2L
ink pack has been expired.
If you will continue to use as it is, it may cause
ink leakage.
Contact our service office or the distributor in
your region.
Ink consumption status inside the
sub tank is abnormal. (There is a
possibility of discharging defect.)
