Pour remover on the belt so that it goes through the cloth.

Rotate the belt until adhesive becomes soft and gelled.

Remove the doctor and wipe off adhesive on 
the doctor with the waste cloth immersed in 
remover.

• This is cleaning to coat adhesive. Perform this before

peeled adhesive cures again.

Using the prepared resin board, peel off 
adhesive from the belt.

• Pour remover so that the drop does not drip off on the floor surface while the belt goes 

round once. If remover may adhere to other parts such as washing unit etc., it may adhere 
to adhesive again and cause the fixation fault.

• Be careful not to accrete kerosene (diesel oil) on the belt encoder roller in the right side of 

this machine (front and rear, total 2 positions).

• For the attached remover as standard, the used amount is about 5 liters. For Polix resin SX, 

kerosene (diesel oil) shall be about one liter as the rough standard.

• If remover drops from the belt, wipe it off completely with a waste cloth etc. Discard a waste 

cloth with remover perfused after dehydrating it.

• If remover dropped on the belt heater or the main heater, immediately turn OFF the power 

supply and contact a distributor in your district or our office to call for service.
