Error messages Cause Solution
An error occurred in the
communication between the I/
F board and the main PCB.
Turn OFF the power to the machine and turn it ON
again after a while.
If the same error message appears again, contact
our service office or the distributor in your region.
The I/F board does not exist.
A time out error occurred in the
communication with the host
computer.
Securely connect the interface cable in position.
Check whether an error has not occurred in the
host computer.
An error occurred in the I/F
board initialization.
Turn OFF the power to the machine and turn it ON

communication between the
host computer and this
machine due to the USB2.0
connection. (Full-Speed mode
connection)
Check that the host PC supports the USB2.0
interface.
(Communication can be resumed without changing
any setting. However, it is recommended to use
the connection in Highspeed mode.)
