Attach the 2L eco case to the base.
Changing an Ink Pack

Push the lever of the base down, and remove the
2L eco case.

Remove the ink IC of the slot from which the 2L
eco case was taken out.

Open the 2L eco case, then replace the 2L ink pack.
• Be sure to store the used ink pack together with the ink IC removed in the Step 2 (in order to prevent
messing up with ink IC of new ink pack).

Set the new ink IC in the ink slot and attach the 2L eco case replaced in the Step 3
on the seat.
• For the ink pack and the ink IC in the same one container
box, be sure to set in the same slot. If they are set in
different slots, ink cannot be used in some cases.
• Set the eco case vertically (if it is set sidlingly, the connector
will be damaged and it may cause ink leakage).
• Request the treatment of used ink pack for industrial waste disposal contractor.
• When replacing ink pack with ink (not empty), follow the procedures below:
Otherwise, the control of remaining amount of ink will become impossible.
(1) Take out the ink pack with ink from the 2L eco case.
(2) Remove the ink IC of the slot from which the eco case was taken out.
(3) Store the ink IC together with the ink pack with ink.
(4) When using that ink pack again, set the ink pack and insert the ink IC stored together into the
slot.
