Description
Merge profile allows users to insert previously programmed profiles into
a new profile in locations defined by the user.
Waypoints are user defined locations that can be programmed before
or after a solder joint. Typically used to avoid obstacles. When this
icon is active, pressing the record button programs the point saving in
the X, Y, Z, and Theta Axes.
The Solder Point icon appears after one click of the waypoint icon.
When this icon is active, pressing the record button programs the point
saving the location in the X, Y, Z, and Theta Axes.
The Solder Line icon appears after two clicks of the waypoint icon.
When this icon is active, pressing the record button programs the point
saving in the X, Y, Z, and Theta Axes. Two points must be
programmed to form the line.
Interpolation Move is the first of two types of transition movements that
can be selected. A transition movement is the movement that occurs
from one programmed point to another, after the programmed retract
has been completed. Interpolation Move provides the ability to move in
a straight line from the first point to the next. In other words, all axes
will be move simultaneously during the movement. Transition speed
has a max velocity of 150 mm/s. When icon is active, movement
commands on workspace will be executed at this speed setting.
Space Move is the second of two types of transition movements that
can be selected. A transition movement is the movement that occurs
from one programmed point to another, after the programmed retract
has been completed. Space Move allows for a max velocity of 300
mm/s but the path from the first point to the next is determined by the
software and will move in one axis at a time. When icon is active,
movement commands on workspace will be executed at this speed
setting.
Record button is used to program waypoints, solder points, and solder
lines. This saves X, Y, Z, and Θ positions, travel speeds, and the
current solder feeder parameters.
Undo removes the last programmed point or line. There is no limitation
to how many removals the user can do.
Redo replaces the last removed point or line. This can be used as
many times as possible until the last programmed point has been
reached.
