To remove a microprocessor, complete the following steps.
Step 1. Remove the cover (see “Removing the cover” on page 142).
Step 2. Remove the cross brace.
Step 3. Remove the front and rear clamp plates.

Step 4. Loosen cold plate captive screws (16 screws).

Step 5. Remove the air baffles, if needed.
Step 6. Rotate the water loop back over the power boards.
