ML610471/Q471 

Includes Port 6 (P60 to P67) which is an 8-bit output port. 

ML610472/Q472   

Includes Port 6 (P60 to P63) which is a 4-bit output port. 

ML610473/Q473 

This function is not included.

    Allows selection of N-channel open drain output or CMOS output for each bit.
