4 .3 .1 .1 Zooming
Zooming remotely the optional zoom lens with integrated zoom motor is necessary.
Zooming manually is not possible any more.
Preparation for zooming:
• Switch on projector and xenon lamp.
• Project the “Fullwhite” test pattern or better a test clip from the server.
Zooming manually
• Turn the lens ring (clockwise or counterclockwise) until the image on the screen has
the desired size.

NOTE
Minolta lenses has no arresting position. In this case fix the adjustment with a tape to
avoid unintended moving of the adjusting ring.

• Press the corresponding
zoom
button (

or -) on the button panel.

The zooming motor (in the lens housing)
moves the lens to the set position.
Loading a lens file
from the DCP Communicator software
• Go to
Configuration - Lens
and
click on
.

A list with different lens files opens.
• Select the desired file and click on
OK
.
$
The selected file will be executed - the lens will be adjusted.

NOTE
Changing the lens settings and saving to a macro is only possible at service mode.
