cooling circle:
- disconnect the cooling hoses to and from the Light Engine
(black, white, yellow arrow).
- Catch coolant drops with a tissue.
• Directly connect the forerun and runback hoses (black and white arrow) of the water
cooling with each other.
• Switch on the projector, but not the xenon lamp and wait some minutes.
• Connect the hose - coming from the water pump (yellow arrow) - to the Light Engine
again (black arrow).
• Press the return valve on the disconnected end of the runback hose (white arrow) of
the Light Engine to drain about 1 liter coolant into a pot.
$
The draining coolant will rinse air bubbles out of the cooling circle of the Light Engine.
• After that connect the runback hoses again (white and yellow arrow).
$
Now the cooling circle is complete again.
• Switch off the projector and refill the necessary coolant.
• Switch on the projector and check the trouble-free operation of the cooling system.
