1. Check the following on the enclosure and floor:
General condition of the enclosure
Notes:
Condition of the pipe penetrations and drains
Condition of doors with regard to hardware ,
heating and sealing
Welding quality of the floor
2. Check the following on the infeed unit and rails:
Allignment on wheels and rails
Notes:
Cover assembled correctly
Function and setting of the belt tension safety
switch
Function and setting (15 mm below the top of
the sidelink) of the height limitation device and
the belt tension switches.
Belt position switch. See illustr. 2.2.
6. Check the following in the transfer area:
Adjustment of the belt middle rail.
Notes:
Clearance between the belt side link and the
second tier rail, . See illustr. 7.2.
Position of the interlock and transfer point,
Position of the inner internal infeed rail with
regard to the clearance between the belt foot
and Z-bracket. See illustr. 7.3.
