SJ 155 current relay
Note!
From June 2004 the SJ155 is replaced by the
new DIB01 relay.
Function
When the current is higher than the preset value
the LED illuminates.
When the current drops 10% below the preset
value, the relay is de-energized and the LED is
turned off, see illustration 2.1.
Setting
1. Set the current limit potentiometer to 0.4 A.
2. Check that the freezer is cold and the
heating contractor is activated.
3. Check that the circuit breaker for the door
and infeed heating transformer is activated.
4. Check that the circuit breakers for door and
infeed heating are activated.
Check that the LED on the current relay is
illuminated.
5. Turn the current limit potentiometer up very
slowly until the LED is turned off and the
alarm is activated.
6. Turn the potentiometer back slowly until the
LED is illuminated again.
6. Check the current function of the relay by
switching off one circuit breaker to the curve
loader heating transformer. The LED must
be turned off and the alarm be activated.
If not, repeat from step 6.
