1. In case of a loss of VCO lock the f
VCO
goes to the upper
boundary of the selected VCO band if the reference clock
input is greater as expected.
2. In case of a loss of VCO lock the f
VCO
goes to the lower
boundary of the selected VCO band if the reference clock
input is lower as expected.
3. On loss-of-lock detection (LOCK: 1
→
0) and when
VCOBYP = 0, PLL switches to freerunning mode.
4. Loss-of-lock NMI request is activated only on loss-of-lock
detection when VCOBYP = 0 and SYSCON0.SYSCLKSEL
selects PLL clock as system frequency.
