Differential Unit Trigger Enable (only TLE9845QX)

The Differential Unit inside DPP1 module requires enable signals for telling the processing when to accept and
calculate a new result based on an incoming trigger signal. To realize a certain blank timer for the DU Unit to
perform the measurements aligned to the dedicated PWM Signal the Timer 13 of CCU6 is used.
