Set 21: Local Terminal Override (T/R)
Even when the frequency command (A01) and run command (A02) are set for VFD operation, Keypad (or
local terminal input) can override these commands by activating these terminal bits.

Even when the PID controller is activated, PIDIR can force resetting an accumulated integral term.
