Special considerations are given to FSK 1 Reporting
Codes when reporting events generated by the Silent
Knight 5207 Control, a 16-zone panel whose zone
violations are not categorized by intrusion or
non-intrusion.
If the 5207 is in use, report codes beginning with '0'
represent alarms for all events (both intrusion and
non-intrusion) that may occur on zones 1 through
9;
similarly, report codes beginning with '1' correspond to
violations on zones 10 through 16.
Special considerations also apply to restorals of these
zones. Report codes beginning with '2' represent
restorals-to-normal of violations on zones 1 through 9;
similarly, report codes beginning with '7' correspond to
restorals of violations on zones 10 through 16.
NOTE: All other reporting codes (which include 3x, 4x, 5x, 6x, and 9x [as described on pages B-22
through B-25, and B-27]) remain the same when the Silent Knight 5207 is reporting. The
following points are worth noting:
• Code 70, in addition to reporting the
restoral
of Zone 10, can also represent the
restoral-to-normal
of
AC power,
if previously reported as lost.
• Code 79 is used to report the
restoral-to-normal
of a
low standby battery.
• Codes 77 and 78 have no meaning with the 5207 control, and are not used.
