Comparator Measurement (Using a Single Judgment Standard)
To perform judgment after measured values stabilize
Since measured values may exhibit instability immediately after the instrument is connected to the
measurement target when performing measurement manually, readings may temporarily exceed
the judgment range.
When judgment delay is enabled, the judgment will be output after the same judgment is obtained
the set number of times.
