Operation

Changes the format of responses to measured value queries. 

RANGE FIX setting: Exponential part fixed based on the 

measurement range

FLOAT setting: Floating point

(When using the FLOAT setting, the instrument automatically 

transitions to the STOP state when transitioning to the
