Settings)
Using the USB interface
Preparation process
(1) Set the instrument’s communications conditions.
(2) Install the USB driver on the computer. (
(When using the
USB COM
setting only)
(3) Connect the USB cable. (
Before connecting the instrument to the computer, you must install the USB driver on the
included CD-ROM on the computer. Connecting the instrument to the computer before the driver
has been installed will cause the standard USB driver that Microsoft ships with Windows to be
automatically installed. The instrument cannot communicate properly with the standard Windows
USB driver.
