REP 5.3 Bypass Gate Solenoid

REP 5.3 Bypass Gate
Solenoid
Parts List: 5.2 A
WARNING
Switch off the Main Power.
Disconnect the power cord.
Removal
1. Remove the Stacker Rear Panel.
2. Unplug the Bypass Gate Solenoid
connector.
3. Loosen the Allen screw in the Bypass Gate
Solenoid Spur Gear and remove the
Bypass Gate Solenoid Spur Gear (Figure
1).
4. Remove the 2 Allen Head Cap screws and
2 Lock Washers holding the Bypass Gate
Solenoid Mounting Bracket (Figure 1).
5. Remove the Bypass Gate Solenoid from
the Bypass Gate Solenoid Mounting
Bracket (Figure 1), 2 Hex Nuts and 2 Lock
Washers.
Replacement
1. Reinstall the parts in the reverse order.
NOTE: Ensure that the Spur Gear on
the Solenoid and the Spur Gear on the
Deflector Shaft are properly aligned.
2. Perform ADJ 5.4 Bypass Gate Solenoid
and Gate Fingers.
