3.6 Lubrication and maintenance operations
Carry out lubrication and maintenance in defined intervals ac-
cording to daily values on the counter of worked hours.
This manual includes only basic information about the engine,
other information is given in the engine operation and mainte-
nance manual, which is a part of the documentation supplied
with the machine.
Follow also the instructions given in the engine opera-
tion and maintenance manual!
Tighten dismounted or loosened screws, plugs, worm connec-
tions of the hydraulic system, etc. to tightening torque values
according to tables in Chapter 3.6.30 unless a different value is
specified for the respective operation.
Carry out maintenance works with the machine placed
on a flat, solid surface and secured against any sponta-
neous movement, always with the engine off, and the
key removed from the ignition box and with the discon-
nected battery disconnecter (unless required otherwise).
After 50 hours of operation of the new machine or after
a general overhaul, carry out the operations according to
Chapter:
3.6.17 Engine oil replacement
After 500 hours of operation of the new machine or after
a general overhaul, carry out the operations according to
Chapter:
3.6.27 Hydraulic oil and hydraulic oil filter replacement
