Data output setting “RS232 cable”
Chose “RS232“ if your computer has no IR interface or if the QuintSonic
7 is to be permanently connected to a PC.
The baud rate can be adjusted as requested form 57600 (default),
38400, 19200 to 9600.
The data format
“8D/1S/N“ (8 data bits, 1 Stop-Bit, No Parity) is preset
and cannot be changed.
Under “Transmission protocol” you can enable or disable the
ElektroPhysik transmission protocol.
Set to “ON” if you are using QSoft 7.
Set to “OFF” if data transfer is made to another software. In this setting,
data transfer is made in ASCII format with carriage return character
(CR/LF). See table below.
