13.3 Delete a reading from a batch
13.3.1 Delete single readings
Erratic readings may be deleted from the list of single readings. From the statistics screen select
“Readings” followed by pressing function key “Help/Extras”.
Use arrow up/down keys to position the cursor (small arrow shown on
the left) to the reading to be deleted.
Press function key Help/Extras (see
section 13.2.5) and select “Delete
reading”. Press OK to confirm. The reading you selected will be
irrevocably deleted.
The deleted value remain listed on the single readings list. However,
instead of showing a consecutive number, it is marked by “X” and will
not be considered for statistics calculation. It will neither be printed out
nor transferred to any other system.
However, it will be read out and listed as a “deleted value” by ‘”QSoft 7“
The above mentioned statistics items “Numerical Statistics”,
“Histogram” and “Readings” offer an additional menu.
Press function key “Help/Extras” to call up this menu.
For the active statistics, you can call up the context-oriented help or the
print function (see section 14.1). Furthermore, from this menu, you can
delete all readings of the active batch (see section 13.3.2).
The “Delete reading” item (see 13.3.3) appears only for the statistics
screen “readings”.
