The “Printing Sequence“ window will open.
Select and adjust items 1 to 5 according to your requirements.
1. Name of batch + Date
2. Operator
3. Statistics (number or readings, average (
x
), standard deviation
(s), minimum, maximum, variation coefficient)
4. Measuring values / Measuring deleted values
5. Remarks (Text entry filed with 5 lines)
Use the RS232 data cable to connect QuintSonic 7 to your computer or
point the IR interface of QuintSonic 7 to the IR interface of your
computer or IR adapter. Make sure no objects between the two
windows disturb data transfer.
Press function key “Send
PC” to launch data transmission.
To abort or interrupt transmission, press ESC.
Please note
:
As the data transfer is made in ASCII format, graphical representations such as histogram or trend
diagram will not be transferred.
After you have launched the print function, the info window “Data transfer in progress…” appears.
If the communication between Infrared and printer or PC has failed, an error message will appear.
During data transfer, “Data transfer in progress…” will appear.
If the “Transfer Error !! “ message appears, you have the following options:
1. Check your computer and/or printer configuration.
2. Check the direct visual contact between the IR windows. For data transfer, an unobstructed
view between the IR devices must be ensured. If necessary, clean the IR devices using a
moist cloth. Use water or a mild detergent.
