12 Setting Parameter Sets

12.1 Edit a parameter set (alphanumerically)

You can edit a parameter set you have chosen from the database or a parameter set associated to

a currently active batch.

If you have changed the parameter set of a currently active batch, QuintSonic 7 offers the

possibility to repeat the processing of the previous measurements under the use of the changed

parameter set. Advantage of this function: You can always start from the same conditions even if

the parameter set has been changed. Hence, you can fully focus on the effects of the parameter

changes. There is no need to take new readings and follow up the echo signal changes. This adds

additional comfort to the parameter setting.

Option 1: via the main menu

Press function key “Main menu” and select “Active Batch” from the list.
Press OK to confirm. The submenu “Active Batch” appears.

Select “Configuration” from the main menu and press OK to confirm.
The submenu “Configuration” appears.

Move the cursor to “Parameter set” and press the function key “Edit”.
The “Parameter set” submenu appears.
