A-8.2 Analog Meter
Type:

A-9.0 Calibration Function
The EM-2115 employs an internal impulse generator to calibrate the receiver. The cali-
bration function is activated when the front panel CAL Switch is pushed or by a remote com-
mand signal via the rear panel IEEE-488 (GPIB) Interface Bus Connector.
A-9.1 CAL Switch
Type:
Momentary pushbutton switch.
Indicator:
LED, integrated into switch.
Color:
Red.
Function:
Used to initiate the calibration sequence. The switch incorporates an
LED indicator that functions as an UNCAL indicator.
Whenever a calibration sequence is initiated the UNCAL indicator will be lighted
for the duration of the calibration sequence (approximately 2 seconds).
NOTE:
When calibration of the receiver cannot be accomplished,
the UNCAL indicator will remain lighted alerting the oper-
ator to this fact.
A-10.0 Audio Function
The Audio output is monitored at the front panel Phone Jack.
A-10.1 Audio Switch
Type:
Momentary pushbutton switch.
Indicator:
None.
Function:
To select one of three audio outputs: AM, FM or BFO.
