E-2.4.2 EM-6950 Description
The EM-6950 Log Periodic Antenna is a linearly polarized broadband antenna operating
from 200 to 1000 MHz.
The primary design concern was one of size considerations. This, along with all alumi-
num construction, produces an antenna that very portable and suitable for use in applications
where space is limited such as shielded rooms.
Each antenna is calibrated at 1, 3, and 10 meters with the calibration data included in the
antenna manual as gain and antenna factors vs frequency for use in Specification Compliance
Testing. The EM-6950 is also suitable for susceptability testing and is rated for a maximum pow-
er level of 1 kW.
