First three digits represent significant figures. Last digit specifies the number
of zeros to follow. When reisitance value is less than 100 ohms or when fac-
tional values of an ohm are required, the letter "R" is substituted for one of
the significant digits to represent the decimal point. The following digits then
represent significant figures.
F = RESISTANCE TOLERANCE: B = ±0.1%, C = ±0.25%, D = ±0.50%, F =
±1.00%.
