Troubleshooting Printer Problems

Hold any two buttons down and turn on the printer.

A short boot menu appears on the display. The last two but-
tons on the control panel give you the choice to format or 
update system.

Caution:

 Any data on the hard disk, including system code will be lost 

when the hard disk is reformatted. You must have the system 
software on hand to reboot the system after formatting. Contact your 
QMS Support representative to obtain the system software for you 
printer.
