Chapter 3 – Maintenance
Inspecting the Compressed Air Supply Filters
Inspect the compressed air filters every week.
To inspect the filters:
1.
Turn off the output device.

2.
Disconnect the compressed air supply.

information.
3.
Open the front access panel.

Opening and Closing the Front Access Panel

information.
4.
Check the filter bowls for any accumulation of water or oil.
CAUTION:
Notify your service representative immediately if you find water
or oil in the filter bowls.
Disconnecting the Compressed Air
Before you can replace the compressed air supply filters, you must
disconnect the compressed air supply, letting the air bleed completely out
of the output device.
CAUTION:
Do not disconnect the compressed air while the output device is in
operation.
To disconnect the compressed air:
1.
Turn off the output device.

2.
Grasp the spring-loaded collar on the compressed air hose and pull it
back.
