4. Dialout number
The alarm dialler can also, of course, be connected to a telephone system’s extension. Depending
on the telephone system used, it may be necessary to first dial a ‘0’ for the dialout number. This
can be set in the alarm base station.
Some telephone systems allow a so-called ‘automatic dialout number’ to be programmed.
For this check the telephone system’s user manual.
Activate the dialout number either on the alarm base station or the telephone system.
The dialout number using the ‘FAZ 3000-Z’ alarm base station is only possible using
the prefix ‘0’ (zero). If, for example, your telephone system requires a ‘1’ or ‘2’ etc.,
then this should be programmed as a telephone number with a subsequent pause. See
page 93.
To set the dialout number, proceed as follows:
• You must be on the main level. The LCD should appear as on the right,
for example, with the time and the date.
• Briefly press the ‘
