MAIN  CYLIN D ER-DU AL  SYSTEM

NOTE: 

This  model  cylinder  is  installed  on 

CA-KA-PA10-20,  and  CA-PA30  series vehicles. 

When  service  procedures  for  CE-CS-SA50-60 

series  models  are  required,  refer  to  “ Main 

Cylinder  -  Single  Reservoir  Type  (Midland 
Ross),;  under  Power  Brakes.

When  servicing  the  Delco  Moraine  dual  master  cyl­

inder,  follow  the  rules below when  replacing  either  com­

plete  master  cylinder  or  the  component  pistons  of  the 

cylinder.  It  is  equally  important  to  use  only the  correct 
service parts  when  servicing a  main  cylinder.

The  dual  main  cylinder  used  on  1968  light  trucks  is 

designed  and  built  to  satisfy  individual  brake  system

SERVICE  OPERATIONS

brake  shoes  by  turning  the  star  wheel  until  the 

gauge  just  slides  over  the  linings.  (Fig.  29).
