RADIATOR AND GRILLE 13-6

2. Remove fan shroud attaching screws and carefully

hang shroud over fan assembly to provide clearance
for radiator removal.

3. Remove attaching hardware from lower mount

(Fig. 15).

4. Remove bolts, one on each side, and attaching hard

ware from upper mounts.

5. Remove radiator and support assembly from the

vehicle as a unit. Remove fan shroud.

6. Replace radiator, supports, and mounting components

as necessary.

7. Install shroud and radiator following the removal

procedure in reverse order. Connect radiator hoses

and transmission coolant line, fill cooling system,
and check for leaks.

8. Refer to torque specifications in rear of manual for

correct torque values.
