1.  To remove the rear bent floor plate, undo all fasteners that are threaded to the upper 

and lower frame and remove the plate.

The rear bent floor plate has (4) spacers between the frame and the plate. Be sure to reinstall 

these when replacing the plate.

Removing The Front And Rear Floor Pans

1.  There are (3) fasteners securing the rear floor pan and (6) securing the front floor pan 

to the lower frame.  Remove these and lift the pans from the vehicle to access the drive 

chains and drain plugs.

Removing The Engine Cover Assembly

1.  The engine cover is hinged to the engine 

cover support.  Undo the flexible draw 

latch on each side of the engine cover 

assembly and tilt the cover backwards 

towards the rear of the vehicle.  If you 

wish to remove the cover completely 

from the vehicle, pull on the locking 

bracket and spring located at the right 

hand side hinge, and rotate 90 degrees.  

This will allow the hinges to disconnect 

from each other allowing the cover to be 

completely freed of the vehicle.

Removing /Installing The Rear Transmission Cover

 

1.  Remove the self tapping screws that se

-

cure the transmission cover and remove 

from the vehicle.

2.  Install the rear transmission cover secur-

ing with all fasteners.  DO NOT over-

tighten the fasteners.  This will avoid 

stripping  the  holes  drilled  within  the 

upper support and lower frame.

Removing /Installing The Lower Baffle (Gas Tank)

Vehicles  manufactured  from  serial  number  0208146TU  utilize  a  quick  release  style 

transmission  cover  using  knurled  Fast  Lead  Screws  for  quick  and  easy  access  to  the 

transmission compartment.

There are (2) fasteners securing the lower baffle at the gas tank.
