Select where the date is printed, as desired. To print the time as well, select

Select where the user name is printed, as desired.

Select where the page number is printed, as desired.

Format Settings
Click to display the
Format Settings
dialog box, which enables you to
complete format-related settings.

If you specify the same position for multiple items, the items are printed from left to right in this order:
date, user name, and page number.
•
When you print multiple pages per sheet using
Page Layout Printing
or similar functions, these items
will be printed for each page.
