Once the desired setting is
displayed, press the

to select it.
You may now either exit pro-
gramming mode or program
the next available feature.
To exit programming mode,
see "Exiting Programming
Mode" later in this section.

EASY EXIT RECALL
(easy exit
recall)
This feature allows you to select
the manner in which the Mem-
ory Feature’s easy exit position
is automatically recalled.
Press the
button to enter the
submenu.
While in this submenu, press
the button repeatedly to
scroll through the following
options:
-
DOOR BUTTON ONLY
(door
button only)
With this setting activated,
the Memory Feature’s easy
exit position will not be
automatically recalled.
The exit settings will only be
recalled when the exit button
is pressed.

BUTTON AND KEY OUT
(button and key out)
This is the default setting.
With this setting activated,
the Memory Feature’s easy
exit position will be automati-
cally recalled when the key is
removed from the ignition.
The power tilt steering
column may also move
upward.
If the key is inserted into
the ignition and removed
again without activating the
Memory Feature, the seat
and steering column will
remain in the original exit
position.
Note: The easy exit posi-
tion(s) will not be recalled if
the
OFF
(off) setting is
selected in the
EASY EXIT
SETUP
(easy exit setup)
menu.
